The PRO Z790-P WIFI motherboard supports 128GB of memory. It is ideal for high-end workstations or servers that require a significant amount of RAM to handle demanding workloads.
The PRO Z790-P WIFI is an Intel-based motherboard that supports the LGA2066 socket and Intel Core X-series processors. Moreover, it features eight DDR4 DIMM slots that support up to 128GB of memory at speeds of up to 4266MHz, allowing for ample headroom for demanding workloads.
FROZR AI Cooling:
The PRO Z790-P WIFI motherboard features MSI’s advanced FROZR AI cooling system, a unique solution designed to optimize cooling performance. This intelligent system uses AI algorithms to monitor the current workload and temperature, adjusting the cooling accordingly. Equipped with multiple sensors across the motherboard, the FROZR AI cooling system dynamically controls the speed of onboard fans and pumps to maintain optimal temperatures while minimizing noise. This ensures efficient cooling tailored to your system’s needs, enhancing both performance and quiet operation.
M.2 Shield FROZR:
The PRO Z790-P WIFI motherboard has M.2 Shield FROZR feature found. It offers a solution for reducing the heat generated by M.2 NVMe SSDs. The M.2 NVMe SSDs can generate a significant amount of heat, which can lead to performance degradation and reduced lifespan. The M.2 Shield FROZR is a heatsink that attaches to the M.2 slot and provides additional cooling to the SSD. In addition, some M.2 Shield FROZR-equipped motherboards also feature a dedicated fan to provide even more cooling to the M.2 SSD. Overall, the M.2 Shield FROZR is an excellent feature for users who want to maximize the performance of their M.2 NVMe SSDs.
Extended PWM Heat Sink:
The PRO Z790-P WIFI motherboard has an extended PWM heat sink. It is a feature found in this motherboard. This feature is designed to provide better cooling for the voltage regulator module. Also, it generates a significant amount of heat in the process. To ensure stable and reliable operation, it is crucial to keep the VRM cool. The extended PWM heat sink is an upgraded version of the traditional VRM heat sink. The extended heat sink is larger and features more surface area for better heat dissipation. Lastly, this design allows for better cooling of the VRM, which can help improve overclocking stability.
